<p>Here is a cool way to achieve that using Outlook 2007. Just take note, if you use a very large image, it might annoy the user you are emailing.</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Create a new message in Outlook 2007</li>
<li>Click the options tab</li>
<li>Click the page color drop down</li>
<li>Click fill effects</li>
<li>Here you can select a background color from the options (textures, gradients etc) or you can select your own picture</li>
<li>Go to the picture tab and browse for the image you want</li>
<li>Done</li>
</ul>
<p>Also note: the image you add will be in the background, so your email text will be written above. Try and use an image that won&#8217;t affect the readability of your text.</p>
